 1. Delivery Coverage
- We currently deliver *all across Pakistan*, including major cities (Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan, etc.) and other cities served by our courier partners.

 2. Order Processing Time
- Orders are confirmed via a phone call/WhatsApp message within *24 hours* of placing the order.
- Once confirmed, orders are packed and dispatched within *1-2 business days*.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

 3. Delivery Time
- *Major cities*: 2-4 business days after dispatch
- *Other cities/remote areas*: 4-7 business days after dispatch
- Delivery times may vary slightly due to weather, courier delays, or public holidays.

 4. Shipping Charges
- Delivery charges: *Rs. [amount]* (flat rate across Pakistan) — OR — *Free delivery on orders above Rs. [amount]*
- Any applicable charges will be clearly shown at checkout before you place your order.

 5. Order Tracking
- Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a *tracking number* via WhatsApp/SMS.
- You can track your order status directly through our courier partner's website/app.

 6. Cash on Delivery (COD)
- We offer *Cash on Delivery* — pay in cash when your order arrives at your doorstep.
- Please keep the exact amount ready for the delivery rider where possible.

 7. Delivery Attempts
- Our courier partner will attempt delivery *up to 2 times*. If unreachable, the order may be returned, and you'll need to reconfirm for redelivery.
- Please ensure your phone number and address are accurate at checkout to avoid delays.

 8. Failed/Refused Deliveries
- If an order is refused at the doorstep without a valid reason (e.g., damaged/wrong item), redelivery charges may apply for future orders.
